I’m Néstor Irrazabal, founder and tour guide. My relationship with Bariloche is not new: I was born and raised here. I’ve traveled throughout Patagonia, not only as a guide but also as a traveler.

In addition to being a Tour Guide and currently studying for a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, I have a background in Physical Education and more than 15 years of experience leading sports groups.

Why is this important for your trip?
Because it gave me the sensitivity to understand human dynamics: knowing how to read fatigue—both physical and mental—before it appears, managing group energy so everyone enjoys the experience equally, and ensuring safety and adaptability on every tour, whether in outdoor activities or van excursions.

This isn’t just theory. I’ve walked these trails in snow and sunshine, and I’ve led diverse groups, understanding what a family, a couple, or a solo adventurer needs. That field experience—having truly been “out there”, living the reality of the person behind the passenger—is the foundation from which we design every proposal today.

That’s why my role doesn’t stop at the office. I’m involved in every aspect of daily operations: from supervising logistics to being the face you see on our Instagram, showing excursions in real time. I like to be present and fully involved, because it’s the only way to ensure that the passion we feel for Patagonia reaches you intact.

But I’m not alone. For the magic to happen in the mountains, precision and warmth are needed behind the scenes.

• Operations: We work with Victoria Magali. She is a Tourism Guide student and, although she’s from Buenos Aires, she fully understands the rhythm of the industry. Her experience in customer service ensures smooth logistics and that you feel supported at every step of the booking process.
• Communication and Strategy: Because the experience begins with the first click, we work alongside Sebastián Pendino and Martín Miguel, tourism marketing specialists who design the digital structure so communicating with us is simple and direct.

• Social Media and Digital Strategy: The visual window of our agency is led by Constanza Maragliano. Living in Bariloche changed the way she communicates: today, nature and the Patagonian lifestyle shape her creative vision. She aims to create meaningful content that connects with people and reflects the brand’s true essence. Her goal is to tell stories and make our communication speak your language, reaching you in the way you understand and experience travel.

Bariloche and the vast landscapes of the region are far from monotonous. As guides, we like to explain that within just a few kilometers, you cross four completely different worlds. With us, you’ll explore:

• The Transition Forest (Ecotone):

  Dressing in layers is a must, even in January. A lightweight T-shirt, a mid-layer (like a thin fleece), and a windbreaker in your backpack.
